CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
At Swarnakriti, we offer sarees designed for auspicious occasions, and due to the nature of these products, we have a No Return Policy. Once the product has been tried or worn, it cannot be resold, and hence, we do not accept returns.
1. No Return Policy
- Given the specific purpose and nature of our sarees, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon initial receipt.
- No returns are allowed for change of mind, incorrect design choices, or fit.
- Tried sarees cannot be resold, and thus, they are not eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will review the issue based on the following:
- Important: You must create a video at the time of receiving and opening the product packaging (including breaking the seal) to claim a return for damaged products.
- The video should clearly show the condition of the product, from the moment of opening the package to the damaged part of the product. Only in this case will we process your request for a return or replacement.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at hello@swarnakriti.in or calling 771-2998860 / +91 88395 43217. Please include the video and your order details for further processing.
- After reviewing the video and verifying the damage, we may offer either a replacement or a credit note for future purchases, at our discretion.
3. Cancellation of Order
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately at hello@swarnakriti.in with your order number and the subject line "CANCEL".
- If the cancellation request is received before processing, we will attempt to cancel the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
4. Color and Specifications
Due to the handmade nature of our sarees, minor variations in color, handwork, and specifications are expected:
- Color variations may occur due to different monitor settings or lighting conditions. A 10% variation in shade is considered normal.
- Product descriptions reflect approximate details; any discrepancies with the product received will not qualify for return or exchange.
5. Exchanges
As our products are specialized and cannot be resold after being tried or worn, exchanges are not allowed. To avoid any dissatisfaction, we highly recommend using our Virtual Shopping Facility before placing an order. This service allows you to view the products in detail and make informed decisions, ensuring that you receive exactly what you want. By using this facility, you can avoid any issues related to exchanges, as we do not offer exchanges.
6. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed in exceptional cases, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product:
- In these cases, refunds may be issued as a credit note or an exchange.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned product.

- All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
