Shipping Charges

India Shipping:

No shipping charges are applied for orders within India. We deliver all orders free of charge across the country.

International Shipping:

For orders outside India, delivery charges will be applied. The exact charges will be communicated to you before the dispatch of your order (Approx INR 3000). These charges will depend on the destination and the size of the order.

Shipping Time

Domestic Orders (Within India):

Orders generally take 05 to 10 working days from the date of receipt of the order to the actual delivery date.

International Orders:

International deliveries usually take 15 to 20 working days depending on the destination country and the courier service used.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

Customs Charges:

Any customs charges (such as import duties, VAT, and local taxes) for international deliveries will be borne by the customer. These charges are payable directly to the courier at the time of delivery and are not included in the order price.

Address and Delivery Details

Please provide your complete address, PIN code, and both primary and alternate contact numbers while placing the order. This ensures a smooth and efficient delivery process.

Incorrect Address: We will not be responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer. No refunds will be offered for delivery delays resulting from incorrect addresses.

Packaging and Shipping Partners

We use trusted domestic courier partners such as Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, Shree Maruti Courier, and Blue Dart for deliveries within India integrated with Shiprocket.

For international deliveries, we rely on reputable courier services like Aramex, DHL, TNT Express, and FedEx integrated with Shiprocket.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email along with the carrier information.
